Easily Find, Access, and securely pay for MAE Charging.
The MAE App uses location-based services to allow MAE drivers to find, access quickly, and securely pay for electric vehicle charging.
- Search for and locate electric vehicle charging stations based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.
- Start your charge session by scanning the QR code on the charging station or entering the desired station ID in the app.
- Be notified by mobile app or email once your charge is complete.
With the MAE EV App, you can also:
- Monitor your current charge sessions in real-time
- Get phone notifications as soon as your EV is finished charging
- Make secure payments
- Favorite locations that have easy access to your commonly used EV charging stations
- Receive an email receipt of your EV charging transactions
- View a history of past charging sessions
- Report drivers that abuse charging station use
- Find EV charging stations that accept MAE vouchers through map filters
- View and redeem Voucher discount codes in the MAE mobile app

How to Use the MAE EV App in 3 Easy Steps:
- Download the App on iOS or Android
Download the MAE EV app and log in or register to create an account.
Choose the charging station based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.
Then to initiate your charge, scan the station’s QR code or enter the station ID through the EV MAE app.
- Start Your Charge Session
Once the charger is activated, select the plug the connector to your vehicle and make a payment if applicable.
During this time, feel free to run errands, shop, grab a bite to eat, or enjoy a short break from your day.
Note: There are three ways to make a payment—you’ll have to pay either on the MAE EV app, using the station’s credit card reader, or using an RFID card
- Get Charged Up and Go
Finally, choose to be notified by an in-app message or email when your charge session is complete.
Or when you’re ready to return on the road before your charge session is complete, return to the charger and stop your session on the screen.
Unplug the connector and return the connector to its holster.
